Job Description

Canopus Maldives is a growing and diversified company engaged in Guesthouse Development & Operations, Safari Boat Operations, and Real Estate Development. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Sales & Reservation Executive.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage guesthouse reservations across all booking channels.
• Handle guest inquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, and online travel platforms.
• Prepare quotations, confirm bookings, and ensure accurate reservation records.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure a smooth guest experience before, during, and after their stay.
• Maintain and optimize listings on Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, and Airbnb.
• Support the Sales & Marketing Manager in generating sales leads and following up with prospective clients.
• Assist with the sales and reservations of other company services, including safari cruises, real estate, and future hospitality projects.
• Prepare periodic sales and reservation reports.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with guests and business partners.

 

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Experience with Online Travel Agencies (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Airbnb, etc.) is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, tourism, or sales is an advantage.
