Job Purpose:
• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents remotely or onsite within SLA targets.
• Maintain and track IT equipment inventory and spares.
• Ensure endpoint security and system updates are up to date.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for escalations and service requests.

Qualification & Experience:
• Diploma in Information Technology or in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
