Work with and be the part of a team taking care of Key Customer Accounts of Dhiraagu.
Provide effective and efficient Sales Support t designated Key Accounts, Managers.
Play a huge part in continuing to improve and strengthen Key Customer Relationships by working closely with assigned Key Account Managers.
Monitor and be involved in all Sales Activity, resolve any issues faced by customers and deal effectively with any concerns raised to maintain trust and provide excellent after sales services.
Collaborating with Internal teams as and when required.
Coordinating internally within cross-functional teams in managing work schedules that impact job’s related to those customer accounts assigned.
Respond to customers queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive and delightful customer experience.
