Job Description

Job Summary:

Expert in BOQ preparation and cost composition, ensuring accuracy through detailed review of drawings, specifications, and site progress. Regularly verifies executed works on site, manages variations, and coordinates with project, technical, and finance teams to report progress, control costs, and support accurate invoicing. Ensures BOQs and cost reports comply with contracts and project agreements while supporting effective budgeting and financial control throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or construction-related field.
• Minimum 10 years of leading large, cross-functional projects and programmes.
• Architecture or Surveying Certification such as PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile Certification (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
• Expert knowledge of stakeholder management, Agile & Waterfall delivery, budgeting, and risk control.
• Strong expertise in construction methods, materials, building codes, and safety regulation.
• Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, contracts, RFIs, and change orders.
• Proficient in cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Experienced in project management and BIM/CAD software.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for analysis and reporting.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of financial drivers, ROI, and operational impact.
• Advanced project planning and scheduling skills, including critical path and resource management.
• Strategic leadership capability with proven experience in team alignment, mentoring, performance management, and accountability.
