Job Description

Position Type: Permanent (Initial contract shall be for a period of 1 (one) year. The contract shall be renewed as permanent based on performance upon successful completion of one year.)

 

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor or Advanced Diploma in Accounting & Finance or related field
• Insurance qualification will be an added advantage
• Minimum 1–2 years work experience will be an added advantage
• Computer skills with knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dhivehi and English
• Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Pleasant personality

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works related to Facultative reinsurance placement
• Review monthly and quarterly treaty statements
• Verify and communicate reinsurance closings
• Prepare and communicate payment memorandums to the Accounts department
• Verify and communicate loss notifications to reinsurers
• Maintaining Reinsurance register and other registers in a timely manner
• Other works related with Reinsurance
