LEADING DIVE AND WATER SPORTS OPERATOR IN UPMARKET RESORTS IN THE MALDIVES, CURRENTLY MANAGING 13 CENTERS. AND ALSO MANAGING EVO HOME, EVO FLOORING, EVO SOLUTIONS AND SEA GEAR. IN ADDITION, WE ALSO MANAGE AN INBOUND TRAVEL BUSINESS.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A TEAM MEMBERS TO JOIN OUR HEAD OFFICE. CANDIDATES MUST BE HIGHLY MOTIVATED, ENERGETIC AND SELF DISCIPLINED.

JOB OPPORTUNITY

SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

             Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• 5 years’ experience in a similar field
• Knowledge in Expat online system
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with other employees
• Able to multi-task & meet multiple deadlines
• Preferably exposure to multi-cultural workforce
• Communicate fluently in both verbal & written English
• Proactive & should be well organized

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent qualification

Salary: Remuneration package of MVR 12,000/- to MVR 13,500/- (depending on qualifications and experience including allowances)
