Responsibilities for Sales Support Executive
Ability to communicate verbally in writing with customers
Attend to all customer inquiries and provide timely status updates, tracking information, pricing & etc.
Ensure all event data are updated correctly in systems
Must have the ability to handle customer service emails, workflow and other offline duties
Ensure that all jobs are followed according to the process and monitored, costs, and selling figures are accurately & timely updated in the system
Relaying extensive service information to customers.
Maintaining customer records, and generating monthly reports.
Knowledge of import/export activities
Providing customers with clear instructions to resolve issues.
Offer proactive solutions when problems arise
Able to work under pressure in a fast-changing and demanding environment
Assisting supervisors with their daily task if needed
Rerouting customer calls to other departments when advanced solutions are needed.
Provide continuous improvement opportunities through technology and analysis of data
Enter customer-wise data logs into the system, and follow up internally till the process is completed.
Requirements & Qualifications
Self-discipline, initiative, responsible and independent
A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Candidate must be self-motivated and willing to work to achieve long-term station goals
Able to work Overtime / Weekend duties / Month-end closings
Associate or Bachelor Degree or above in Business, Sales Management or related field
