Job Description

Work under the instruction of Head of Marketing and other senior team to ensure that all duties are completed in the role of Sales & Reservation Executive within Voyages Maldives, to include:

·       Assist in planning marketing and sales strategies for all Voyages services by preparing short and long term marketing and sales plan. ·       Make suggestions and take initiative in marketing and sales of all Voyages services. ·       Advice the management of possible advertising/promotion media to help improve Voyages sales and marketing presence. ·       Study all exisiting Voyages boat safari programs and propose how they may be improved. ( need to study where the competition is coming from and what they are doing) ·       Study all resorts (operational and new developments) and compile all the information on these resorts. Very important that you keep yourself and the marketing head updated on all the resorts and its development) ·       Keep a look out for new developments in the tourism and travel industry in the Maldives. ·       Assist in preparing the Monthly newsletter to send to the Tour Operations.
