Main Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers in a positive and confident manner to achieve given objectives.
- Assist Customers in relation to customer queries by using phone conversations and face to face discussions.
- Accepting and handling cash from products according to contract.
- Completion of sales and assigned tasks on day-to-day basis.
- Identify and asses the customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using right methods.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Follow up and update customers on requests and issues raised by customers.
- Provisioning of services where required by the campaign.
- Work as a team player and foster team spirit among work colleagues.
- Provide assistance to other team members as and when required.
Minimum Requirements:
- GCE O' Level 3 passes OR MNQF level 3 certificate in a related field
- Previous Experience in a related field will be an advantage.
- Fluent in spoken & writing Dhivehi & English.
- Adequate knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
