We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Sheesha L. Gan Outlet. This role is perfect for someone who is customer-focused, proactive, and passionate about driving sales and promoting our products to achieve business growth through effective customer engagement and service.

Requirements:
GCE ‘A’ Level with 2 passes, or GCE 'O' Level with 6 passes, including English.
Proven experience in sales or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with point-of-sale software.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle customer grievances professionally.
Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Flexible personality and ability to work odd hours.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Process sales transactions and manage inventory records accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment.
Assist in planning and executing promotional events and campaigns.
Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries and complaints efficiently.
