MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Attend to customers
•
Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed
•
Develop strategies for more effective sales, as part of a team
•
Track all sales, inventory, new stock, complaints and queries for management review
•
Identify product selling rate and inform potential shortage of supply / unavailable products in demand
•
Arrange quotations, deliveries and ensure customers are attended at highest level of urgency without any delays
•
Identify revenue leakage aspects of the showroom
•
Attend to responsibilities assigned by Sales & Marketing department
