JOB DESCRIPTION
- Craft high-quality coffee and tea beverages according to company recipes and standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming café environment.
- Handle cash and POS systems accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily goals and customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Enthusiastic about coffee, tea, and service.
- Friendly, outgoing personality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Prior barista or café experience is a plus (but not required – we train!)
