Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Salesperson

Job Requirements

1. Previous work experience will be an added advantage
2. Ability to work long hours
3. Must be physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, moving, and arranging marine equipment, and accessories as required.
4. Able to safely handle products of varying sizes and weights using proper lifting techniques and equipment where applicable.
5. Comfortable standing, walking, and assisting customers for extended periods during working hours.
6. Able to assist with loading and unloading products for customers and deliveries when required.
7. Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to work in a team environment
8. Punctual to work
9. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time efficiently.

Job Description

• Make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new ones
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Bag items carefully
• Bag, box or wrap packages
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
• Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of D Blue Marine products.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory audits when required.
• Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
• Informing shop manager of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.
• Comply with inventory control procedures
