The role of Sales & Marketing Executive is to support the company’s business development and growth by promoting investment products, building investor relationships, increasing market visibility, and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives. The role focuses on investor acquisition, client servicing, marketing communications, and brand development within the financial and investment sector.
The candidate must be prepared to operate within a lean team structure and collaborate across functions and seniority level, contributing actively to the agility and growth of the organization. This includes taking personal ownership of key responsibilities and ensuring hands-on execution of critical deliverables, rather than relying primarily on delegation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales & Investor Relations
Identify, engage, and onboard potential investors for the company’s investment products and funds.
Promote investment offerings through presentations, meetings, events, and outreach programs.
Provide accurate product information and ensure clients understand investment options, associated risks.
Build long-term relationships with existing and prospective investors to enhance retention and customer experience.
Maintain detailed records of investor inquiries, leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Marketing & Brand Development
Support the development and implementation of basic marketing activities to promote the company’s products and services.
Assist in creating content for social media, promotional materials, and general brand communication.
Help manage the company’s online presence, including updating social media channels and coordinating simple website updates.
Contribute to brand-building efforts and participation in promotional events to strengthen visibility among potential clients.
Work with internal teams and external partners to prepare marketing materials and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Market Research & Business Development Support
Conduct research on market trends, competitor offerings, and investor behaviour.
Prepare reports and insights for management to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Assist in identifying potential business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
Support launch and promotion of new investment products and services.
Administrative & Reporting
Handle administrative duties involving client onboarding, due diligence, and sales completion.
Prepare monthly and quarterly sales and marketing reports.
Maintain updated databases for leads, investors, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and marketing standards of financial products.
Assist and participate in organizing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities as required.
