Job Description

Responsibility

  1. Receive daily collection (cash, cheques and cash card) from sales, invoice payments & subscription
  2. Proactively promote sales and information to customers, maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisement.
  3. Answer a high volume of calls and maintain a rapid response rate according to agreed standards / maintain orderly appearance of register area and supplies stocked.
  4. Log information on calls received, where required and maintain detailed and accurate records.
  5. Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
  6. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public.
  7. Perform reception duties in and efficient, professional and courteous manner.
  8. Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role and other related duties as assigned.
  9. Checking Inbox for customer queries and attending them.
  10. Attending support chat through website for customer queries.
  11. Prepare the daily cash summary and daily collection report / reconcile the daily collection with the collection report

20 years old - 35 years old
