Job Description

Job Summary
Cool Rush is looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team. The role involves serving customers, preparing ice creams and drinks, handling cash, and keeping the shop clean and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and take orders politely
Prepare and serve ice cream, desserts, and beverages
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness of the counter, equipment, and seating area
Refill stock and assist with basic inventory checks
Follow hygiene, safety, and company procedures
Support team members during busy hours

Requirements
Friendly and positive attitude
Good communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends)
Basic math and cash-handling skills
Prior experience in food & beverage or retail is an advantage, but not required
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
