We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team and provide excellent customer service while maintaining outstanding store conditions.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Maintain outstanding store conditions, ensuring assigned racks and product placements are organized.
Conduct daily checks on expired items and ensure proper stock rotation.
Understand customers’ needs and provide assistance in selecting products.
Learn and provide accurate knowledge of product features and benefits.
Actively participate in receiving and stocking new shipments.

Requirements

✔️ Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
✔️ Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
✔️ Basic knowledge of inventory management and product handling.
