We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team and provide excellent customer service while maintaining outstanding store conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Maintain outstanding store conditions, ensuring assigned racks and product placements are organized.
• Conduct daily checks on expired items and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Understand customers’ needs and provide assistance in selecting products.
• Learn and provide accurate knowledge of product features and benefits.
• Actively participate in receiving and stocking new shipments.

Requirements

✔️ Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
✔️ Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
✔️ Basic knowledge of inventory management and product handling.
✔️ Willingness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
