Work site: Palm Tree Marine Showroom
Responsibilities:
• Handle monetary transactions in our Showroom
• Issue receipts, change, refunds or coupons as required
• Receive calls from customers and if required, pass the calls to the correct personnel
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information regarding our products
• At the end of each day, prepare daily sales reports
Qualifications and Experience:
• Completed GCE O'Level
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Dhivehi
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work well within a team
• Prior knowledge of MYOB Accounting System will be an added advantage
• Prior experience in a similar position will be an added advantage
