Position : Sales and Operation Manager
Work Site: iStand Pvt Ltd
Responsibilities:
- Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
- Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
- Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships
- Co-ordinating with sales teams and marketing team to develop strategies
- Seek and implement other ways of improving the sales
- Any other tasks assigned by the Management
- Analyze team performances and the effectiveness of different plays.
- Analyze the sales funnel and customer journey.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Must be excellent in both written and verbal communication
- Able to write, read, and speak well in English and Dhivehi
- Must be physically and medically fit
- Strategic and analytic thinking skills
- Must have good negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Must have good time management skills and strong work ethics
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi task
- 03 years’ experience
Remuneration: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience
