SALES AND MARKETING ASSISTANT
The Sales and Marketing Assistant is responsible for executing day-to-day sales and marketing activities to support business growth and brand visibility. This role focuses on driving sales, generating new leads, acquiring new customers, and implementing marketing campaigns to achieve the company’s revenue and market objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms.
- Create content for social media, website, email newsletters, and promotional materials to engage potential customers.
- Coordinate with the Graphics Designer to ensure all marketing materials reflect the brand’s identity.
- Manage and update the company’s CRM system to track customer interactions and maintain sales leads.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, analyze competitors, and support customer acquisition strategies.
- Maintain a database of leads and prospects, proactively reach out to potential clients, and generate new sales opportunities.
- Organize and execute promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches to increase brand visibility and generate sales.
- Generate sales by building relationships with potential customers and guiding them through the sales process.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and marketing reports to support business decisions.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools, making data-driven recommendations to improve future campaigns.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- O'level (a diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus but not required).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
