As a Retail Sales Assistant at Tails Up Private Limited, you will be the face of our store, ensuring each customer has an exceptional shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include providing outstanding customer service, effectively communicating with customers, and driving retail sales. You will also act as a cashier, handling transactions efficiently and accurately. We're looking for someone who can enhance the customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction with their friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
Act as the cashier, handling sales transactions and maintaining accurate records
Provide knowledgeable and tailored advice on fishing, surfing, and travel gear
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Restock merchandise and ensure displays are appealing and current
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets
Stay updated on product knowledge to assist customers effectively
