Job Description

General Requirement (Qualification)

  • A positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Diploma or Degree in Management or relevant field.
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Corel Draw.
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Enthusiastic, Self-motivated and result oriented
  • Strong personality who fosters good team working relations
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks
  • Previous experience in office management or office administration will be an added advantage
  •

Salary review:

  • Remuneration package will be reviewed after probation of 3 months. The same package will be reviewed year by year based on performance and attendance.
