Main Responsibilities:
- Communication with customers regarding payments and following up on assigned list of customers.
Minimum Requirements:
- GCE O' Level 3 passes OR MNQF level 3 certificate in a related field
- Previous Experience in a related field will be an advantage.
- Fluent in spoken & writing Dhivehi & English.
- Adequate knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
