Roles & Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationary and material
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
• Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
• Update calendars and schedule meetings
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing
• Any other tasks assigned by senior management
Qualification
• 'O' Level Standard
• Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess good presentation with friendly and customer caring attitude
• Exposure in a related field is a plus
• Confident to deal with customers in a professional manner face to face and over the phone
• Ability to coordinate with the rest of the team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel)
• Should be punctual
Experience in related field will be an added advantage
