Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
  • Editing reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Maintaining databases, and keeping records.
  • Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.

Requirement:

  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in the field
  • Proficient in English language
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extensive experience office software.
  • Advanced note taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage internal and external correspondence
