Job Description

Responsibilities

• Attending all calls related to service center.
• Entering items to service center sheet.
• Making invoices for all faults and service center repair items.
• Scheduling all installation projects.
• Making weekly and monthly reports of service center and faults.
• Assigning works to service center technicians.
• Requesting for parts from procurement department and shop.
• Informing customers update of the items brought to repair.
• Ensuring that service center’s cleanliness.
• Doing all the other work assign by the company or HOD which is related to company
