Job Description

Hash Group Pvt Ltd is seeking a competent and highly organized Project Manager to lead and manage our technology projects, including Odoo ERP implementations, website development, and custom software application development. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within scope while ensuring high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have strong project management capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively between clients, developers, designers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee Odoo ERP implementation projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate website development and custom application development projects with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the technical team.
• Conduct project meetings, status updates, and progress reports.
• Identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure proper documentation of project requirements, change requests, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with developers, UI/UX designers, system administrators, and QA teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure projects follow best practices in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and implementation methodologies.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in project management, preferably in software development or ERP implementation.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (preferably Odoo), web technologies, and software development processes.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent technology projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into clear project plans.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies will be an advantage.
