The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise software projects. In this role, you will serve as the central point of coordination between clients, internal teams, and key stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.

From project initiation to post-implementation review, you will be responsible for driving clarity, managing resources, and maintaining alignment across all phases of the project lifecycle. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about delivering results through strong leadership and effective execution.

 

You will be responsible for:

Project Planning

  • Collaborate with project sponsors and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Contribute to Statements of Work (SOW), scope definition, effort estimation, and risk analysis to ensure commercial offers are feasible and well-structured.
  • Develop project plans, including milestone schedules, work breakdown structures, and risk assessments.
  • Communicate project expectations clearly to cross-functional teams and ensure alignment from initiation through delivery.

Project Execution & Management

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, from kick-off to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Create and assign tasks over Jira software, coordinate team members, and manage dependencies across technical and non-technical functions with operational follow-ups based on weekly sprints.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, adjusting plans as needed to maintain progress.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members with instructions from the senior management team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships to ensure satisfaction and successful outcomes.

Monitoring, Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior leadership and clients, highlighting key achievements, risks, and next steps.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting minutes, project schedules, change requests, and status updates.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project performance, capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement.

 

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted partnerships through transparent communication, managing expectations, and leading success expectation discussions.
  • Gather and act on customer feedback, serve as the voice of the customer internally, and collaborate with key resources to resolve escalations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

 

Who You Are

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, along with a minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in managing IT or software implementation projects. A proven track record of successfully leading enterprise-level projects from initiation to closure is essential, with a focus on delivering solutions on time, within scope, and to client expectations.

Professional experience in either managing technical implementation/development projects or with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions is highly desirable. Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches is expected, as is the ability to adapt processes to suit project requirements and stakeholder needs. The candidate should demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to break down complex initiatives into manageable tasks and realistic timelines.

Excellent communication skills in English—both verbal and written—are required, as the role involves regular interaction with clients, technical teams, and senior stakeholders. We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused, with a commitment to accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement in project delivery.
