Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated Maldivians to join our team at Alia Construction (Pvt) Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, organize and maintain project documentation
• Prepare Project Progress Reports for ongoing projects
• Liaise with Government offices regarding licenses, permits and fees
• Manage and distribute project materials and communications
• Check Gazette and other websites to identify new tender opportunities
• Any other project and related works as necessary

Requirements:

• Fluent in oral and written English and Dhivehi
• Expert working knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to function with minimal supervision
• Pleasant and outgoing personality
