Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for wholesale and retail purchases.
- Manage procurement processes, including purchase orders, pricing, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of food and non-food items.
- Monitor inventory levels, track deliveries, and coordinate with warehouse teams.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and resolve any procurement-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Generate procurement reports and analyze market trends for cost optimization.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing (FMCG/Retail industry preferred).
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Knowledge of supplier management, cost control, and inventory forecasting.
Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
