PEOPLE OPERATIONS MANAGER
We are looking for a versatile and experienced People Operations and Administration Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions and administrative tasks across Zetta Group. This role is crucial in driving recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, compliance, health and safety, workforce planning, and overall administration management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruitment and Staffing: Lead the recruitment process, from job postings to candidate selection and onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with market standards.
- Training and Development: Identify skill gaps and implement training programs to enhance employee capabilities and career growth.
- Performance Management: Manage the performance review process, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Compliance with Labor Laws: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, conducting regular audits and updates.
- Health and Safety: Develop and enforce health and safety policies, conducting audits and training to maintain a safe workplace.
- Workforce Planning: Collaborate with senior management to forecast workforce needs and develop strategic plans.
- HR Administration: Oversee HR administrative tasks, ensuring efficient and effective HR processes.
- Employee Engagement and Retention: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Administration Management: Manage the administration function for the entire group, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient resource management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in HR or people operations management, with a strong understanding of HR functions and administration.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, employment law, health and safety regulations, and best practices.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage and develop staff.
- Proficiency in HR and office management software and tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
