Track claim trends and provide feedback to improve processes and client experience.
Qualifications:
O'level or equivalent education in a related field.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
Excellent, clear and fast writing skill.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately.
Must have a valid driving license with vehicle.
