We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized
Purchasing Assistant to support our procurement team
in managing orders, suppliers, and inventory.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders
· Communicate with suppliers regarding orders and deliveries
· Track order status and ensure timely delivery
· Maintain purchasing records and documentation
· Support inventory and stock monitoring
Requirements
· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement,
Supply Chain, or related field
· GCE ‘A’ Level (Minimum B Pass) / GCE ‘O’ Level (Minimum B Pass)
· Minimum 2 Years Experience in the relevant field
· Good communication and organizational skills
· Basic knowledge of purchasing or procurement processes
· Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools
