Introduction

We are a growing supply and logistics company making it simple and affordable for customers in the Maldives to source products worldwide. Our Maldives site manages supply requests, order fulfillment, and delivery, working closely with our Dubai headquarters to ensure smooth shipments and reliable service.

Role Overview

The Operations Manager will oversee all day-to-day activities of the Maldives office, including supply coordination, customer service, logistics, and administration. This is a hands-on role requiring strong organizational and communication skills to manage operations independently while working in sync with the Dubai team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee supply orders and coordinate sourcing requests.

• Process and track customer orders from request to delivery.

• Act as the main contact for customers through the CRM system, phone, WhatsApp, and office walk-ins.

• Coordinate with delivery riders, drivers, and van support for smooth operations.

• Work closely with Dubai HQ on procurement, shipments, and customs clearance.

• Manage returns, address updates, and pickup point activities.

• Handle office administration, including petty cash and official documents.

• Prepare regular reports on supply requests, orders, expenses, and performance.

• Ensure a professional and efficient customer experience.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).

• Prior experience in operations, logistics, or supply management (advantageous).

• Strong communication skills in English. 

• Good computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace; CRM systems knowledge is a plus).

• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.

• Flexible and proactive in solving operational challenges.
