Key Responsibilities
•Manage and optimize property listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, and other OTAs to maximize occupancy and revenue
•Create, curate, and schedule compelling content (visuals, copy, short videos) to promote properties and hospitality outlets
•Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns for hospitality and serviced properties in the Maldives, Sri Lanka, and Dubai
•Coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, and on-ground content creation with local teams and partners
•Monitor listing performance, pricing visibility, reviews, and rankings; implement improvements based on data insights
•Manage promotional calendars aligned with seasons, events, and travel trends in each market
•Support brand storytelling across social media, websites, and digital platforms
•Collaborate with operations and property teams to ensure marketing reflects the on-ground guest experience
•Track campaign results and prepare simple performance reports (reach, engagement, bookings, conversions)
Ideal Candidate Profile
•Proven experience in hospitality marketing, short-term rentals, or travel platforms
•Strong understanding of OTA algorithms, listing optimization, and guest conversion drivers
•Creative eye for design, photography, video, and storytelling
•Skilled in social media management, basic paid promotions, and content scheduling tools
•Comfortable working across multiple countries, cultures, and time zones
•Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple properties and campaigns simultaneously
•Excellent written and visual communication skills in English
•Passion for travel, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences
