Position Overview

The Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing the Bank’s brand, marketing, and communications strategy. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on content creation, ensuring all communications meet the standards of a regulated banking environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain the Bank’s brand identity and market positioning
  • Plan and execute marketing and awareness campaigns
  • Create and manage marketing visuals, content, and digital assets
  • Manage media relations, public communications, and reputation management
  • Oversee website content, social media platforms, and internal communications
  • Ensure all communications comply with governance and regulatory requirements

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
  • 5–8 years’ relevant experience, preferably in regulated or start-up environments
  • Strong graphic design and content creation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Professional, creative, and execution-focused mindset
