Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling inquiries.
- Content Creation: Assist in the development and refinement of marketing materials, encompassing blog posts, social media content, newsletters, and promotional materials, such as flyers and showroom printed advertisements.
- Website Maintenance: Ensure the company website remains up to date with fresh and engaging content.
- Social Media Management: Regularly monitor and engage with our social media channels. Schedule posts weekly and analyze performance metrics monthly.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, analyze competitors, and gain insights into the target audience.
- Event Coordination: Collaborate on the coordination and support of marketing events, exhibitions, and product launches.
- Email Marketing: Assist in the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns, manage contact lists, and track campaign performance.
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries and feedback related to marketing campaigns. Communicate new products to potential clients and address marketing queries via phone, email, or social media.
- Data Management: Accurately perform data entry and analysis tasks to support marketing initiatives.
- Project Support: Provide support to marketing executives in organizing various projects, including market research and the analysis of consumer rating reports/questionnaires.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated about marketing regulations and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Continuous Learning: Maintain a commitment to professional development by staying informed about industry trends and updates in the field of marketing.
- Visual Merchandising: Create effective product displays for the showroom and actively contribute ideas within the marketing department.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma in marketing management or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or an equivalent field.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills and an outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and social skills.
- Proficiency in fundamental business and marketing concepts, coupled with an unwavering enthusiasm for continuous learning and the ability to stay current with evolving industry trends.
- Familiarity with social media, social networking, email, and search engines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with marketing software/tools, basic graphic design skills, creativity, and experience with design software.
- Digital photography and video editing experience is an added advantage.
