JOB SUMMARY

The Manager - Site, Thilafushi will be responsible for managing all aspects of Thilafushi Site operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.

 

REQUIREMENT / QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related background
• Excellent social / people skills
• Confidence in written and spoken communication
• Problem solving mindset
• Energetic, outgoing, pleasant and friendly personality
• Motivated, dedicated and positive attitude
• Punctual, reliable and a team player
• Friendly, approachable, and discreet with sensitive information
• Past experience in a related field will be an added advantage
