Job Description

1. Preparation of monthly financial reports

• Prepare and post monthly journals.
• Preparation to trial balance, Statement of Income and Expenditure and Financial Position.
• Assist in the preparation of the Management Report as required.

2. GST/BPT Returns

• Prepare monthly GST returns and submit to MIRA.
• Manage/monitor GST refunds/payments.
• Prepare/Monitor BPT returns and payment.

3. Facility Management

• Maintain and Monitor Bank Balance facilities.
• Record and update all facility related transaction.
• Maintain/update Journal records related to facilities.
• Reconcile of facility accounts

4. Fixed Assets Management

• Maintain and update fixed asset register.
• Calculate and post depreciation.
• Arrangement of addition and disposal of fixed assets and updating of records
• Reconcile Fixed Asset register.

5. GL management

• Recording of GL and entries and posting
• Monitoring of GL posting
• Reconciliation of clearing account

6. SAP issues

• Monitor and address issues related to SAP.
• Liaise with SAP team in fixing and upgrading of SAP system.

7. Audit

• Facilitate and assist in conducting yearly audits.

8. Others

• Undertake other assigned tasks as required.

9. Any other task assigned by the Supervisor, EXCO, MD or the Directors.
