LOGISTICS & ADMIN OFFICER
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidate to join our company as the Logistics & Admin Officer.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate daily logistics operations and administrative tasks to support business efficiency
- Manage timely collection, delivery, and handover of documents and packages between offices, vendors, suppliers, and clients
- Oversee office procurement, including sourcing suppliers, processing purchase orders, and maintaining inventory
- Maintain comprehensive records and filing systems for all administrative documentation
- Liaise with government agencies to process business licenses, permits, and related documentation
- Provide general administrative support to team members as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in both Dhivehi and English (written and verbal communication)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Working knowledge of government procedures for obtaining business licenses and permits
- Valid motorcycle license and own motorcycle (required for courier duties)
