CURRENT OPENINGS:

We are hiring Lecturers (Full-Time and Part-Time) in the following business-related subject areas:

• Business Administration & Management
• Human Resources Management
• Marketing
• Project Management
• Tourism / Tourism Management
• Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain Management
• Accounting

Full Time Lecturers:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field (Master’s preferred for higher-level modules)
• Minimum 2 years of teaching or industry experience
• Excellent subject knowledge and communication skills
• Ability to support students both academically and personally
• Capable of contributing to assessments, course delivery, and academic life of the College

Responsibilities :

• Deliver engaging and effective lectures in designated subject areas
• Develop and assess coursework and exams
• Provide academic support to students
• Contribute to extra-curricular and co-curricular activities

Part-Time Lecturers

Requirements –:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field
• Strong knowledge of subject area
• Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Prior teaching experience is an advantage but not essential
• Team player with a willingness to contribute to the College’s mission

 Responsibilities :

• Deliver engaging and effective lectures in designated subject areas
• Develop and assess coursework and exams

REMUNERATION:

• Full-Time Roles: MVR 18,000 – 20,500 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
• Part-Time Roles: Paid at an hourly rate, based on the subject area and teaching level.
