Job Title: Junior Marketing Executive
Location: Maldives (Gulf Craft Maldives)
Reporting to: Gulf Craft Group Marketing Team (UAE)
Role Overview
Gulf Craft Maldives is seeking a Junior Marketing Executive to support and extend the efforts of the Group’s corporate marketing team on the ground. This role is designed for a locally based candidate who understands the Maldivian market and can ensure effective execution of marketing, content, and PR activities within the region.
The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between the UAE-based marketing team and local stakeholders, ensuring consistency in brand communication while adapting to local market nuances.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Content Execution
- Support the rollout of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels in the Maldives
- Assist in managing and scheduling content for social media platforms
- Ensure brand guidelines are maintained across all local communications
Social Media & Digital
- Coordinate day-to-day social media activity (posting, monitoring, basic reporting)
- Assist in executing digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Track basic performance metrics and share insights with the central team
Project Coordination
- Act as on-ground coordinator for photo and video shoots
- Liaise with suppliers, production teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
- Oversee timelines and basic deliverables for local marketing initiatives
PR & Media Relations
- Build and maintain relationships with local media, influencers, and industry contacts
- Support PR activities including press outreach, media visits, and event coordination
- Identify relevant local opportunities for brand exposure
Market & Dealer Support
- Provide local market insights, trends, and competitor observations
- Support dealer-related marketing activities where required
- Assist with events, exhibitions, and client activations in the Maldives
Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Based in the Maldives with strong understanding of the local market
- Fluent in English and Dhivehi (written and spoken)
- Basic knowledge of:
- Social media platforms and content management
- Digital advertising (Meta / Google basics)
- Project coordination or campaign execution
