Job Description

Junior Finance Executive

Requirements:               

• Part Qualification in ACCA/CA/CIMA or related qualification
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a finance team
• Excellent communication skills
• Should possess pleasant personality, be self-motivated, flexible and willing to take initiative and responsibilities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (Especially MS Excel and MS Word) is compulsory and Quick Books Accounting Package is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to converse in Dhivehi is an added advantage

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling petty cash payments and record keeping
• Preparing payment vouchers and liase with vendors for invoices etc.
• Track, check the accuracy and arrange payments for expenses related to the operation
• Assisting to maintain filing system for all types of record keeping
• Preparing all related documents for GST and other fillings related to MIRA on a monthly basis
• Performing bank reconciliations and other account reconciliation’s.
• Perform other department duties related to the position as directed by the Head of the Department.
