Job Description

As a Junior Cyber Security Analyst, you will receive comprehensive training to excel in the role of authoring
cyber security policies to align with our clients' unique needs. This is an entry-level position designed for
individuals with a fresh perspective and an interest in cyber security.

Responsibilities & Objectives of this role
•Collaborate with our sales and business development teams to understand the clientsʼ specific cyber
security needs, regulatory requirements, and operational environment.
•Conduct thorough reviews of clients' existing policies and documentation to identify gaps and
opportunities for improvement.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise policy language that is easily understandable
by clients from various backgrounds.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security trends, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure
policies remain relevant and effective.
•Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical experts and legal advisors, to ensure policy
alignment with technical capabilities and legal requirements.
•Collaborate with our sales and business development teams to assist in pre-sales activities, including
understanding potential clients' needs and proposing tailored cyber security policy solutions.

Qualifications & Competencies
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, with a demonstrabe aptitude for
clear and effective communication.
• Proficiency in document authoring software such as Microsoft Word or similar tools.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop skills in cyber security policy development.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify gaps in policies and propose creative solutions.
• Enthusiasm for staying current with emerging trends in cyber security and policy frameworks.
• Relevant certifications or coursework in cyber security or related fields is a plus.
