Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining financial records and accounting entries
- Prepare and process invoices, payments and receipts
- Support the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Perform data entry for accounting transactions
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records
- Support audit and tax preparation by providing required documents
- Maintaining records of inventory stock
- Preparing GRNs
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications : Advanced Level or Certificate 4 in Accounting
- Minimum 1 year experience in same field
- Knowledge in MS Office and Accounting Sofwares
- Strong organizational and multi tasking skills
- Punctual and hardworking
- Willing to work long hours if required
- Good writing and vocabulary skills in Dhivehi and English
- Willing to work with us for long term for two years and above
