Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues promptly
- Facilitate smooth technical coordination between internal teams and external partners

- Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions
- Provide ongoing technical support and training to users
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field (certifications in tech support or networking are a plus)
