We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Store In-Charge & Inventory Dispatch Officer to manage store operations, inventory control, and dispatch activities. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, particularly in an island-based work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure proper stock management
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control systems
• Handle receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of goods
• Prepare and maintain stock, inventory, and dispatch reports
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and properly filed
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and operations teams
• Monitor stock levels and support timely replenishment
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Business, or a related field
• 2–3 years’ experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or dispatch operations
• Strong knowledge of stock control, documentation, and reporting
• Proficient in MS Excel and inventory management systems
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage stock efficiently
• Able to work independently in an island environment
