What You’ll Do:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Respond to basic HR queries and support employee engagement initiatives
- Assist with HR policies, compliance, and labor law requirements
- Manage Xpat system tasks (work permits, visas)
- Prepare HR reports and presentations
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in HR or Business Administration
- 0–1 year of HR or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
