Main Responsibilities and Duties:
1- Perform all matters of employees at all levels of the office under the supervision of the Senior Human Resources Officer.
2- Manage attendance, leave and other attendance matters of National Job Center employees.
3- Review and resolve employee issues under the supervision of the Senior Human Resources Officer.
4- Perform all duties for regular maintenance of employee records, job descriptions, employment agreements and record files.
5- Collecting documents and information required for payment of salaries to employees, preparing salary sheets and completing payment of salaries within the stipulated period.
6- Provide necessary assistance in planning and implementing training programs for employees, monitoring the implementation of human resource policy, monitoring difficulties encountered by supervisors and resolving such issues under the supervision of the Senior Human Resources Officer.
7- Maintain National Job Center entry and file documents regularly.
8- Arrange for those who wish to complete internships at the National Job Center and maintain records.
9- Regularly monitor the performance of the employees of the National Job Center and fill out the monthly review form.
10- Participate employees in civil service and other training courses available to the National Job Center to improve the quality of the employees.
11- Training (orientation, induction) of National Job Center employees in consultation with HR Head.
12- Maintaining the National Job Center website and receiving application database and providing assistance in resolving various application related issues.
13- To provide assistance to programs planned and implemented it.
14- To provide assistance in planning training programs.
15- Management of employees and administrative affairs of job centers established in different provinces of Maldives.
16- To ensure that the service provided to the customers is acceptable and satisfactory.
